We know how stressful building can be, even for those who have built several times. That’s why our approach is to make it as easy and hassle-free as possible.

We will walk you through every step, from choosing a design, through to project completion. We can manage the whole process, including consents, so you can trust that you’re in safe hands.

 

Our process

  1. Contact 0800 NZ GRANNY or email sales@nzgrannyflats.nz

  2. Complete our online form, so we can help you choose the right Granny Flat to suit your requirements, property and budget

  3. We will arrange to meet with you to confirm your design and choose customisations where needed, then talk through the build process

  4. Sign a letter of engagement for NZ Granny Flats to undertake preliminary works needed to gather site information for building consent

  5. Sign your contract and Master Build Guarantee, and pay a deposit

  6. Building consent lodgement

  7. Your new build begins!

  8. Move in to your new space and complete final payment
