Where prices are shown, they are indicative starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise.

A price shown for a home does not necessarily represent the total cost of completing a project on your property.

Depending on the project and contract, additional warranties or guarantees may also apply, including relevant manufacturer and supplier warranties and, where specified, a Master Build Guarantee.

The specific warranties and guarantees applying to your project will be confirmed as part of your building documentation.

Nothing in these website terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.

Master Builders and Master Build Guarantee

Where we refer to Registered Master Builders or a Master Build Guarantee, the applicable membership, eligibility, terms, conditions and exclusions apply.

A Master Build Guarantee should not be assumed to apply to a project solely because it is referred to on this website. Where applicable, the guarantee arrangements for your particular project will be confirmed as part of the contracting process.
